Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Clarity (clarityadhd.app) subscriptions and one-time Spark purchases. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Merchant of record
Payments for Clarity are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
Subscriptions (Scholar & Master)
- 14-day satisfaction window. If you're not happy with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being charged. Cancel from your billing settings in the app.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date — cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds for a renewal already charged are handled case by case, and we're generally happy to help if you contact us promptly after an unintended renewal.
Spark top-up packs
Spark packs are one-time purchases of in-app credit that are delivered to your account immediately. Because they are consumable digital goods:
- Unused packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the Sparks have not been used.
- Sparks that have already been spent on AI features are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@clarityadhd.app with the email address on your account and, if possible, your Paddle order/receipt number (it's in the confirmation email Paddle sent you). We aim to respond within a few business days. You may also request a refund directly through the receipt Paddle emailed you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence — those rights always apply in addition to this policy.
